We would love to throw you into the heat of things, but you would feel overwhelmed even intimidated. So, we have developed a system that will determine if CrossFit is for you. If it is not that’s okay! We just do not want to waste your time or money! We do not expect you to come in and know every facet there is to know about our sport. However, upon entrance here we do expect you to have the discipline, determination and the ability to work harder than you have ever worked before. After your intro we can gauge your level of fitness. Since everyone’s level of fitness is different we do require all athletes complete an On-ramp or test out.
What is an On-ramp?
CrossFit is sport and with any sport it requires a bit of preparation. We want to give you the correct tools and guidelines to help you achieve your full potential. We are going to coach you through the 9 basic movements associated with Crossfit. The on-ramp will help you recognize your own body awareness to execute proper form and achieve better flexibility. It will suck, you may want to quit, you will be sore, you may sweat even bleed a little, and when you finally over come your ego you will thank us. Crossfit is a lifestyle that will change your style of life. Stop waiting for an excuse not to come in for an intro class. Stop waiting for the perfect opportunity, because it may never come!
